Welcome to the Town of Hamburg Property Assessment Site!

The Town of Hamburg Assessment/GIS website was developed using a grant from the New York State Office of Real Property Services. Our goal is to provide a user friendly site from which the public can access assessment information, GIS data, real estate sales information and tax information. The system is based on ESRI ArcGIS Server technology which is hosted by Wendel. To look up a specific property simply type in an address in the text box below and the best ten matches will be retrieved. From this point you will be able to review property data, comparable sales and assessment information, and maps of the comparable locations. Comparable searches have been predefined, but may be modified to expand or reduce the search range. If you are interested in searching by user defined ranges just select the ‘Comparable Search’ button on the left side of the screen and set the search criteria. In either case the results can be mapped at the touch of a button.

In addition to Assessment data; Zoning and Overlay Districts, School Districts, Census Tracts, Election Districts, Topography, Parks, Aerial Photos are just some of an assortment of GIS information available.

Assessments are based on 1990 values the last time the Town underwent a revaluation.
